12月にPHP8.1モジュール版にバージョンアップして、すったもんだで更新後に管理画面に入れることを確認していたが、今日入ろうとすると404エラーでサイトのトップページへとリダイレクトされてしまった。

検索して勉強させてもらっても、ろくにバックアップもとってないんだから複雑なことはやれない。できない！

通常なら管理画面からプラグイン停止をするのだが、入れないのでSSHのWinSCPでsiteguardプラグイン名をリネームして強制停止。

で、うまく管理画面（ダッシュボード）に入れたわ。

当初はサーバーから.htaccessの編集画面を開き、SiteGuardプラグインが勝手に書き足した怪しい部分を削除したがダメだった。

ファイル名のリネームはサーバーのFTPではできないみたいだわ。WinSCPも久しぶりに開くと更新を要求してくるから無視もできなかった。

余計時間かかる。

いろいろやってる間に婆〜さんは、本来何をやるつもりだったのか分からなくなる。

でも3時間ぐらいでケリが着いたので肩凝らずに済んだわ。

これからも頼むよワードプレス。

Stem borer insects attack stems and damage many plants, including sorghum – an important agricultural crop of African origin. In this collaborative study conducted with scientists from the Makerere University in Uganda, we examined damage from Asian stem borer in stems of sorghum plants growing in Japan. Subsequently, we identified two sorghum cultivars, one susceptible (NOG) and another resistant (BTx623), and used them for quantitative trail locus (QTL) analysis. It revealed that genetic regions (loci) on chromosomes 7 and 9 largely contribute to sorghum susceptibility, which leads to higher number of stem borer in stem, and more damage in NOG plants compared to resistant Btx623 genotype. At the same time, identified chromosomal regions overlapped with those involved in sorghum stem elongation and branching. Our results suggested that taller and more branched plants may be more likely targeted by stem borers than shorter and less branched individuals, which brings another set of questions for answering: Does a bigger plant mean (1) more spacious and (2) attractive apartment for stem borer insects? And, (3) how do insects measure plants?
